Et c\u2019est tant mieux car c\u2019est un g\u00e2teau plut\u00f4t long \u00e0 faire et qui se pr\u00e9pare la veille. Il existe des recettes express mais personnellement, je trouve le r\u00e9sultat obtenu moins fin.<\/p>\n<p>Je fais le g\u00e2teau \u00e0 partir de biscuits THE de LU mais vous pouvez tr\u00e8s bien opter pour des petits-beurre ou des speculoos (attention, le r\u00e9sultat sera beaucoup plus sucr\u00e9).<\/p>\n<p>J\u2019adore le citron mais la recette se fait \u00e9galement tr\u00e8s bien avec de la vanille (\u00e0 accompagner d\u2019un coulis de fruits rouges) ou de la mangue.<\/p>\n<p>Enfin, n\u2019oubliez pas que le cheesecake n&rsquo;aime pas les variations de temp\u00e9rature\u00a0!
